Hi,

We have a subsidiary that has a lease contract that is valid for seven years. The first three years they have a rent discount, but not with the same amount all three years. How can we handle this in Aaro Leasing module?

Do we have to change the amount every year manually? We have AARO 25.

One of our users are trying to add an initital prepayment to a contract that have comencment date 2025-01-01. The contract was registered before information about the initial prepayment. So what she has tried to do is a revision. But she can’t add an initial prepayment. I have also tried, with the same result.

I have done all booking in INPUT and Legal and zero out on Company level and changed the company to 100% and I still get outgoing CTA om Legal type DM. It Appears when I changed the ownership to 100%. If I not change the ownership from 65% the Eguity…

Is there an option to turn off other accounting types than IFRS 16 and Proforma type other than Normal in Aaro lease when adding a new contract? See attachment.
